Telegram机器人不能往频道发消息，报错“telegram.error.BadRequest: Not enough rights to send text messages to the chat”

之前的代码都没动过，今天代码中

bot.send_message(chat_id=conf.channel_id, text=text_to_show, parse_mode=ParseMode.MARKDOWN, reply_markup=reply_markup, disable_web_page_preview=True, disable_notification=False)

突然提示

telegram.error.BadRequest: Not enough rights to send text messages to the chat

确认了下，Bot是全权管理员啊。也问了群友

应该是Telegram那的问题... 期待修复...
