kurun怎么暂停了，提示被投诉暂停-AlanNeverStop

这几天都没怎么用，配合着梯子，前几天零零散散延迟很高，就没怎么用，今天发现直接-1，准备上去重启一下的，结果就看到暂停了。。。

这啥情况啊

If you are a residential Internet service provider, it is possible that your customers' routers themselves have been compromised. You should research the Meris botnet and take appropriate actions to have them secure their CPE (customer-premises equipment).

If you are a cloud or hosting provider, these IPs may be open proxies or direct attackers. These are real, >1M RPS DDoS attacks and we request that you enforce your Acceptable Use Policy against these customers.

已经发了工单了，上次突然端口全被关了（并没封）然后就说被墙了，换IP 要6刀。。。
